Soltesz Secured A Big Win In St. Mary’s County

Soltesz secured another win in St. Mary’s County. The Soltesz Leonardtown office was selected to provide surveying and engineering services for the Patuxent Park Revitalization Project – Phase 5 for St. Mary’s County in Maryland. The proposed section is approximately 5,500 feet (1.04 mile) in total roadway length and will consist of the reconstruction of roads within Patuxent Park, which primarily consist of roads west of Saratoga Drive. Stormwater management retrofit of existing untreated impervious area where possible is included in the Soltesz design to help St. Mary’s County achieve its Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) goals. Leonardtown used its road design expertise to expand into the public sector.
