Employees are reimbursed for relevant professional license renewals as well as for continuing education requirements needed to maintain their current license. Our Professional Development & Training Program offers over 60 training courses totaling 90 course hours, and the program is certified by the Maryland Board for Professional Engineers for Continuing Professional Competency credits. Our training at Soltesz focuses on important topics such as communication, negotiation and public speaking skills, as well as current trends regulations, and changes in the industry. These seminars are taught by seasoned professionals, both internal and external, who are experts in their fields.
