The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) Board of Trustees’ Distinguished Service Award was presented to David Cooksey for his exemplary work with the new Hughesville Campus.  Mr. Cooksey, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Soltesz’s Southern Maryland offices, provided oversite on the design and permitting of Phase I for the new CSM campus.
