Soltesz is Lead Civil Engineer for New Leonardtown Library

Soltesz has been selected as the lead civil engineer for the new Leonardtown Library and Garvey Senior Activity Center, a highly anticipated project in St. Mary’s County.

The new library will replace the existing library built in the 1950s and will be built on the same site with the Garvey Senior Activity Center replacement facility. Jim Gotsch, PE is the Soltesz Project Manager in collaboration with Grimm + Parker Architects. The project is in the schematic design phase with a current building design of 48,000 SF and future expansion capability to 70,000 SF.
