Ken Dunn, Vice President and Managing Member of Soltesz LLC in Lanham, Maryland, served on behalf of the Maryland Building Industry Association (MBIA) at its Annual Prince George’s County Chapter Breakfast event. A large number of builders, developers, and associate members of the building industry attended this event on March 27, 2017. County Executive, Prince George’s County, Rushern Baker and County Council Member, Prince George’s County, Dannielle Glaros provided comments on the State of the Economy for the County and exciting new developments. Soltesz is providing consulting services for many of the projects highlighted, including MGM Casino, Whole Foods in College Park, the Prince George’s County Regional Hospital complex.
Ken Dunn is also chairing the Prince George’s County Zoning Rewrite Task Force in addition to his other duties on behalf of the Association.
