When we look back on the history of Soltesz, we find that different people contributed in prominent ways at various times. Dan Silvestri has steered Soltesz through times of great change from the early days of drawing by hand as a draftsman to utilizing top technology as Senior Designer II today. Over the past 34 years, he has experienced many defining moments and major developments at Soltesz.

Using your talents and leaving a legacy is something we all desire to do and Dan has succeeded in doing this. One of the nice things about Dan is that he is essentially the same person who joined Soltesz all those years ago.

Dan is retiring from Soltesz after 34 years of service, but there is a new world of business, leisure, and voluntary opportunities waiting. There are many organizations who would value his talents and skills.

Soltesz is a better place to be because of Dan’s efforts. Let’s all hope we can say that when our time comes.
