The La Plata Rotary Club held it’s biggest event of the year on October 1, 2017. The Lobster Festival has taken place every year since the inception of the club in 1975. Participants enjoyed amazing food, live music, a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle, and much more.

Dave Cooksey, Senior Vice President in our Waldorf office, has been a member of the Rotary Club for many years. The Lobster Festival supports scholarships, donations, and community service activities. 100% of the money raised goes to local scholarships and charities throughout Charles County.
