4th Annual Suburban Maryland Real Estate Symposium – A Huge Success!

With an eye on the important issues affecting businesses in the Maryland Capital Area, over 200 policy makers, developers, architects, builders, and lawyers converged in Bethesda, Maryland at the Marriott on June 28, 2017.

The symposium, organized by Soltesz Inc. and Grossberg Company, LLP, uniquely brings together these constituents every year to share their progress, discuss roadblocks, and plot a course for continued growth.

This special event featured discussions by some of the best business minds and most influential decision-makers in Maryland. The symposium panel at the event included local businessman James Soltesz, PE, President & CEO of the regional civil engineering firm Soltesz, Inc.; Larry Rosenblum, CPA, Partner of the Bethesda-based accounting firm Grossberg Company, LLP; Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett; Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker.

A networking reception followed the symposium. This was a unique opportunity for professionals to network and improve their understanding of the important issues facing their businesses.
